Last Night at the Telegraph Club Giveaway

When I was researching Last Night at the Telegraph Club, I talked with Crystal Jang, a Chinese American lesbian who grew up in San Francisco in the 1950s. Crystal took me on a walking tour of her Chinatown neighborhood, and shared stories about her life that helped me create the character of Lily Hu. I was so happy to see Crystal again earlier this year when I was in San Francisco. As a testament to her generous spirit, Crystal offered to fund a giveaway of Last Night at the Telegraph Club so that it can reach even more readers.

In honor of Crystal Jang and in honor of Asian Pacific American Heritage Month, I’m thrilled to be giving away 10 signed and personalized copies of Last Night at the Telegraph Club — open internationally! I’ll be sending five copies to readers around the world and five to those within the U.S.

The deadline to enter is May 31, 2022.
Subscribers to my newsletter, Lo & Behold, will receive an extra entry.
Ten winners will be selected at random: five within the US and five international.
Winning entries will be contacted via email in June for their mailing addresses and personalization requests. If responses are not received within 48 hours, a new winner will be drawn.
Books will be shipped later this summer. If possible, winners will receive tracking numbers when books are shipped. Due to global shipping delays, shipping time frames are not known or guaranteed.
